HR & Admin Executive

Job Scope

Assist the HR Manager to provide support in the areas of recruitment, deployment and payroll.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities
  • Assist in deployment of literacy teachers to participating pre-school centres
  • Update and maintain personal data into the system
  • Prepare contract for service and related documentation for literacy teachers
  • Arrange for literacy teachers to sign contract for service
  • Enter data into payroll system for processing of Pro-FLAiRs’ payroll
  • Generate payroll listing timely for verification before submission to the bank
  • Submit payroll reports to finance
  • Answer queries related to payroll of literacy teachers

Job requirement

  • Diploma in HRM with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Payroll experience will be an advantage
  • Available immediately or within short notice
