The Association was started in 1999 with the merger of the Pre-School Teachers Association (PSTA -1975) and the Association for Child Care Educators (ACCE -1990). Since its inception we have been providing services based on our core beliefs -integrity, care and concern, respect, resourcefulness, responsibility and resilience. With these core values, we lead and serve to create an inclusive and Harmonious society.

Our vision is a collaborative professional community building the foundation for the development of children and their families.
