- FLAiR stands for Focused Language Assistance in Reading. It is a project by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and coordinated by the Association for Early Childhood Educators, Singapore or AECES. The FLAiR project has been on-going in PCF Kindergartens since 2007 to help K2 children who have difficulties in learning the English Language. It is designed to provide extra attention and focused assistance for children who may not have enough opportunities to be exposed to English reading materials as well as oral and written experiences in English Language.
